I've spent 15+ years building products and the teams that ship them, as a co-founder and as COO, in healthtech, education, and AI.

In my current role I designed the position of Product Management Innovation Leader and stood up the AI governance framework behind how we deliver.

The same few questions come up every time: what AI is in use, who decided, and whether it is paying off. These six are the ones I start with.
