Product Management Innovation Leader at Revstar. 15+ years scaling SaaS in healthtech, education, and AI. Open to a small number of advisory and fractional engagements alongside the work.
Three areas where I'm doing the work and where I write, speak, and advise.
Standing up the operating model that turns a founder's vision into a shipped product, sprint by sprint.
Building the framework that decides what AI gets to do inside delivery, and who decides what's allowed to ship.
Sitting beside founders and operators on product, AI, and team design when they need a senior pair of eyes.
I designed the Product Management Innovation Leader role at Revstar to focus full-time on standardizing how we use AI across the product development lifecycle. That means building the AI governance framework, the data models, and the Bedrock-based platform of language models we tune for design, coding, testing, and delivery, on top of Revstar's AWS Premier Partner stack.
Before that I co-founded InnerHealth, a bootstrapped AI emotional wellness platform for K-12. Earlier I was COO at OPIE Software (grew revenue from $8M to $12M, secured Select Medical) and COO at Shadow Health (scaled from $150K to $8M, team from 10 to 80).
You cannot force a bloom. You cultivate the right environment, nurture the roots, and trust the process. Same principle for products and people.
Recognized in the 2026 Fierce Awards of Greater Gainesville as one of 30 women leaders shaping the region. Co-Chair of the Gainesville chapter of Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship. Mentor, lead vocals in a local band, and steward of a garden that has taught me most of what I know about building things that last.
Three engagement shapes built around how founders and operators actually use senior product and AI help. Light, scoped, outcomes-oriented.
A two-hour deep dive into your product, your team, and how delivery is run today. We assess what's working, where AI fits, and where it's getting in the way. Written framework deliverable with prioritized recommendations. Yours to keep.
Sit beside your founder or CEO as a fractional product and AI leader. Own the product strategy, the AI governance framework, the roadmap, and the operating cadence. Typical engagement is two to three days a week, three-month minimum.
Board advisor seats, founder workshops on AI product delivery, and keynote or panel work at conferences and corporate events. For founders and program leaders who want senior product perspective at the right cadence.
Four chapters in a 15-year arc of scaling product, teams, and the operating systems that hold them together.
Stepped from the Practice Lead seat into a self-designed Innovation Leader role to focus full-time on standardizing AI use across the product development lifecycle. Built the AI governance framework, the data models, and the Bedrock-based language model platform now tuned across design, coding, testing, and delivery on top of Revstar's AWS Premier Partner stack.
Founded and led the company end to end. Built the generative AI platform on Python and React, designed around school district procurement realities. Recruited the clinical, educator, and business advisors that grounded the product, and ran the sales motion that closed early-adopter districts.
Led strategy and rollout of a mobile-first software solution for O&P practitioners. Stood up product management, quality assurance, and DevOps as first-class functions, with OKR frameworks and operating cadence that pulled the company out of project mode into a recurring product motion.
Co-developed the Shadow Health B2B platform with the CEO, CTO, and co-founders, applying gaming and VR techniques to create simulated patient encounters that improved nursing education access. Built the operating system that turned a research-grade platform into a recurring revenue product.
In April 2026 I was honored as one of 30 women recognized by the Fierce Awards of Greater Gainesville, an 11-year program celebrating women leaders shaping the region across industry and community.
I co-chair the Gainesville chapter of Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship, where we keep mentorship, programming, and partnerships dues-free for women across the region. Growing the chapter, building the talent pipeline, and turning local talent into national reach.
Technology is only as strong as the people behind it. The goal is to build a more inclusive, more durable tech ecosystem, one founder and one builder at a time.Priya Rudradas
If you are a founder, operator, or program leader working in AI healthtech, education, or community-focused software, I would enjoy hearing what you are working on.
